TagRadar

Tracking health monitoring for agencies

Catch broken tracking before your clients do.

Uptime monitoring for your clients’ conversion tracking. TagRadar watches the sites you run ads to and emails you when a conversion signal disappears or materially changes.

Setup is a domain name. It works on client sites you have no code access to.

The free Instant Scan opens at launch. Nothing on this page asks for your email.

01The gap

A tag stops being observable. Ad spend continues.

A client’s developer ships a redesign. A plugin updates. A consent banner is reconfigured. GA4, Google Ads conversions, the Meta Pixel or the TikTok Pixel stop being observable, and smart bidding can begin optimising against incomplete or degraded conversion data.

Conversion signal observed on every CheckNo longer observed
Caught 1 of 3

By accident, days later

Someone opens a dashboard and the conversions look odd. Or the client emails first, which costs trust and sometimes the account.

Caught 2 of 3

By manual QA

Tag Assistant, Events Manager, a browser extension, a monthly audit. Free and useful, and dependent on a human remembering to look.

Caught 3 of 3

By buying an enterprise platform

The established tools are priced and shaped for enterprise data teams, and several expect a snippet deployed on the client's site.

So a 5-person agency can run 22 revenue-critical tracking setups with no monitoring at all.

02What a Check observes

A great deal that matters is observable from the outside.

No account credentials and no code change on the client’s site. Two layers, and TagRadar tells you which one produced each observation.

Layer 1Runs daily by default

Structural monitoring

Fetch the pages as desktop and as mobile, parse what is publicly served, store it as a Baseline, and re-check on a schedule so the product can say what changed and approximately when.

  • Page HTML and publicly served JavaScript
  • Tag container identifiers
  • Analytics and advertising identifiers
  • Consent platform in use
  • Forms, telephone and WhatsApp lead links
  • Thank-you and checkout pages
  • Sitemap and page structure
Layer 2Used selectively

Browser verification

A real browser session observes actual tag execution, the relevant network requests and runtime behaviour, including consent-platform behaviour observable from the public site.

  • At onboarding
  • On anomaly-triggered checks
  • On meaningful structural changes
  • On a manual deep Scan
  • For periodic verification where justified

Browser verification is metered, so it is budgeted. When spend is constrained, paying customers and conversion-relevant onboarding Scans come first, non-essential deep Scans are throttled, and low-cost Structural monitoring continues. A result is never relabelled to hide a throttle.

03The Radar

Your whole book of business, one row per Site.

Paste your client domains, one per line. TagRadar establishes a Baseline today and shows you a 30-day strip of what changed and when.

A Site added while already broken is handled honestly. Its Baseline is set so monitoring can start, its existing problems are raised as open Findings, and last known healthy reads “No healthy state observed yet” until a healthy observation actually occurs.

04The Alert

The Alert is the product.

Not a dashboard to stare at. Seven facts in consequence order, so the next 10 minutes of your day are already decided.

  2. 2What changed
  3. 3Scope
  4. 4Last known healthy time
  5. 5Confidence level
  6. 6Why it matters
  7. 7What to check next

Critical verified changes are sent immediately after verification. Other Findings collect into the 07:00 local digest. Deduplication and cooldown mean the same unresolved Finding is not emailed repeatedly.

Why it matters
Conversions recorded through this container can stop being observable, and smart bidding can begin optimising against incomplete or degraded conversion data.
Check next
Whether the GA4 configuration tag is executing on the 6 pages where it is no longer observed. Container-level configuration requires account-level verification.

05Confidence

Every observation says how sure it is.

There are exactly three labels. TagRadar does not infer internal container configuration with unjustified certainty, and it does not manufacture a Finding.

Structural Detection

Evidence observed in publicly accessible page, code or configuration data, without proof of full runtime execution.

Browser Verified

The behaviour or network request was observed in an actual browser session.

Requires account-level verification

The conclusion needs authenticated GA4, GTM, Google Ads or Meta access. TagRadar says exactly that and stops there.

Neither confidence label implies authenticated account-level verification. A Browser Verified result is never restated as Structural Detection. If we do not know, we say we do not know.

The ideal day

The best version of this product is silent.

TagRadar checks every Site every day and speaks only when something changes. Baselines set, Checks running, and otherwise you do not hear from us.
